My name is Joshua Evans, and I am the Director of Operations at Griffin Buick GMC. I’ve been honored to be part of the Griffin Automotive family for the past four years and bring more than 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. In my role, I work closely with every department to improve processes, support our team, and ensure our dealership operates as efficiently as possible. Behind every great customer experience is a dedicated team, and my goal is to provide the tools, structure, and support that allow our employees to deliver outstanding service every day. What I enjoy most about my role is helping create an environment where both our employees and customers feel valued.
