Kevin was very friendly and accommodating however after the first visit I had to return as the front passenger tire was missing the master lug nut on it. Not sure if there is a double check system when putting lug nuts back on but maybe something to consider. having to take time out of my weekly schedule is difficult but I had to do it to get it corrected and when I called Kevin to inform him he was again very accommodating and when I arrived, he got me in right away.

I am so grateful for the whole team at Griffin Buick GMC! It was Friday and I was on my way from Atlanta to pick up my son from summer camp and my engine began to overheat. I still had 100 miles to go and only a few hours before I had to pick him up. There was no way I was going to make it. I called several repair shops who said they may be able to get to it by Monday. I then called Griffin and told them I needed their help and that I was from out of town. They said bring it in. It was an answer to prayer. They not only repaired my truck that day, but provided me a rental so I could pick up my son on time. I picked up my truck on the way back through Monroe and had no further problems. This team deserves a great deal of credit for handling and resolving my repair issue with timeliness, courtesy and professionalism. I hardly ever post but Kevin and the whole team have my gratitude. Thank you!
